AVORA Shipping & Timeframe Guide
DISPATCH TIMEFRAME
Orders are dispatched within 72 hours of being placed, often on the same day. Dispatch operates from Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day. Please allow for slight delays during promotional periods or holidays.

AVORA offers free standard shipping on all products and optional express shipping upgrades for faster processing and added benefits.

TRACKING INFORMATION
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking code (T&T). This code allows you to monitor your shipment and delivery status online. Please note that tracking codes are sent via email.
DELAYS & LOST PACKAGES
If your package is lost in transit, AVORA will provide you with either:
- A store credit for the value of the lost items.
- A replacement of the same product (based on availability).

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
If your order is returned to AVORA as undeliverable due to invalid address details or missed delivery attempts, you will receive a store credit for the value of the items (excluding original shipping costs).
