NEED TO RETURN YOUR ORDER?
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, AVORA will provide you with store credit for your returned item(s).
RETURNS POLICY
- Items must be returned within 30 days from the delivery date.
- Items must be in original packaging, unworn, and unwashed, with all tags attached.
- Late returns will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
- All returns will automatically be issued as store credit, allowing you to easily re-purchase another item or size.
- Items marked with "SALE" cannot be returned unless faulty.
- Refunds are only provided for incorrect or faulty items. Store credit is available as an alternative.
CONDITION OF RETURN
All items must meet the following conditions to be eligible for return:

Clothing:
- Must be in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, and free of stains such as makeup or deodorant).
- Tags must still be attached, and items should be returned in the original packaging.

Shoes:
- Must be returned in the original undamaged shoebox.
- Shoes should only be tried on indoors and on a soft surface to avoid damage.
WHAT CANNOT BE RETURNED
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items marked as "SALE" (except for full-priced items purchased with a discount code).
- For hygiene purposes:
- Accessories (excluding shoes).
- Lingerie.
- Swimwear (without a hygiene sticker).
HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

Return Address:
- Once your return is approved, you will receive the return address via email, along with detailed instructions.

Include a Note:
- Be sure to include your order number and name in the package.

Customer Responsibility:
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
RECEIVED A FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEM?
If you received an incorrect item or a product with a manufacturing fault:
- Contact Us: Notify our support team at support@avora-fashion.com within 5 days of receiving the item.
- Wait for Instructions: Please wait for further instructions before shipping your return.

Resolution Options:
- You may choose to receive a refund or store credit.
- AVORA will provide a return shipping label in these cases.
EXCHANGES
AVORA does not hold items for exchanges. Instead:
- We issue store credit, which you can use to re-purchase a new size or item.

Urgent Exchange:
- If you need an urgent exchange, we recommend purchasing the replacement item before returning your current order. Once your return is processed, you'll receive store credit.
ASSESSING THE RETURN
- Once the return is received, allow 5-10 business days for our team to inspect the item(s) and make a decision.
- You will be notified via email once the return has been processed.
- Returns that do not comply with our policy will be rejected and sent back to the customer.
CREDIT NOTES & PROCESSING TIME

Store Credit:
- Issued via email in the form of a code.
- Valid for 6 months upon receiving the email.

Processing Time:
- Processing time begins once your returned item(s) arrive at our warehouse.
- Allow up to 5-10 business days for processing.
IMPORTANT NOTES

Customer Responsibility:
- AVORA is not responsible for lost or damaged returns in transit. Ensure you use a traceable delivery method for your return.

Return Shipping Fees:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Late Returns:
- Returns received after 30 days from delivery will not be accepted.
